2012 Buck-A-Block Sign-ups Begin!
Thanks to the success of this year’s program, we’re happy to offer
two Buck-A-Block projects for 2012. Sign-up early because kits will be limited!
Our Own Quilt Artists in the News!CSC instructor Connie Horne’s quilt “Gladys” has been selected for the permanent collection at
the Michigan State University Museum quilt collection. Repeating their previous accomplishments, our own Linda Bergmann and local quilter Jan Soules were juried into the
PIQF October show in Santa Clara.
New 2012 Civil War Quilt Projects Begin in JanuaryYou
made our 2011 program such a resounding success that we decided to offer TWO programs in 2012! Windham Fabrics’ “The Generals’ Wives”
was such a lovely medallion style quilt that we couldn’t resist. Classes and kits for this quilt
will be offered monthly on the first Thursday of each month beginning in January. Marcus Brothers’ “Civil War Journals” program gives you the choice
of making one large or four smaller quilts from their beautiful new fabric line. Classes and kits will
be offered quarterly for this program, with classes beginning in March.
