WINTER CLASS SCHEDULE December 2011 - February 2012 CLASS SIGN-UPS BEGIN NOVEMBER 19th TECHNIQUE CLASSESAPPLIQUÉ WORKSHOP (Everyone): Join Dana
monthly to make beautiful small quilts. Choose hand or machine appliqué to make calendar quilts from “Count On
It” from Art to Heart. Dana promises lots of quilting, socializing and fun! Mon., Jan. 30, & Tues., Feb. 28, 6:00
– 8:30 p.m. Instructor: Dana Lahargoue, Fee: $15 each month + book BINDING (*): An
introductory or refresher course on how to finish off your quilt. This double fold, mitered binding is a standard for any
quilt. Monday, February 20, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Instructor: Pam Sengo, Fee $15 FINE HAND PIECING & QUILTING CLUB: Join Alice on the
4th Saturday of every month to work
on new or old projects with expert guidance each step of the way. Previous completion of Beginning Hand-piecing & Hand
quilting classes highly recommended. Saturday, Dec. 17, Jan. 28, & Feb. 25, 10:30 am–1:30 pm, Instructor: Alice Calhoun, Fee: $48 for annual membership PRECISION PIECING WORKSHOP (CONFIDENT BEGINNER): If you are a stickler for perfect points,
straight seams and precision piecing, this is the class for you. No quilt will be made; however, you will make a complete
reference workbook covering accurate rotary cutting, pressing, and pinning techniques. Wednesday, Feb. 22 & 29, 6:30 –

BLOCK OF THE MONTH (*): As you make blocks,
you will learn general quilt making techniques, advance your piecing skills and gain confidence in color selection. Join us
for our “not the usual block of the month” program. The current project began in Sept. and concludes in Feb. Tues.,
Dec 13, Jan. 10, Feb. 14, 11 am – 2 pm OR 6:00 - 8:30 pm; Instructor: Sue Donbroski, Fee: $15 each month. FIT FOR A QUEEN (**): This queen size quilt features Victoria’s
